Stephanie joined Almac in March 2025 as a Business Development Manager for Almac Clinical Services, focusing on supporting China’s Pharmaceutical and Biotech clients. Based at Almac’s APAC Headquarters in Singapore, she brings over a decade of healthcare and clinical experience.
She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Hons) in Dietetics and is an Accredited Dietitian of Singapore. Coupled with an MBA, she offers a unique combination of clinical expertise and business acumen to the clinical trials services industry. Bilingual in Mandarin and English, she is well-positioned to foster strong, culturally attuned partnerships across diverse markets
Stephanie has seven years of clinical practice experience supporting Surgical, Bariatric, and Oncology patients in hospital settings, providing her in-depth understanding of patient needs and clinical care protocols, therefore enabling her to align clinical trial services with the evolving needs and clinical priorities of healthcare and research partners. Building on this foundation, she spent the past four years leading business development and market expansion initiatives across Asia within the Dysphagia and Eldercare sectors to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.
With her combined clinical insight and commercial experience, Stephanie is passionate about driving growth, building strategic partnerships that accelerate clinical benefits, and supporting clients across the region through every stage of the clinical trials process, with the shared goal of advancing global human health.
